Kitty: I am a transplanted city girl who grew up in London, England. I moved to the Midwest two years ago and now live in the country in Somerset (Somerset WI, not Somerset UK). I have survived the transplant and the culture shock and am now embracing country living to the max. From my first vegetable garden (or potager as I like to call it) to cooking, canning and butchering animals that my friendly farmer raised for me, I am pleased to share my country adventures for your entertainment!
